possible. In case of a positive conclusion we will send you our membership
application form and our general conditions. Samples will not be returned.
After receipt of the signed application form you will be implemented in
our standardized system and be part
of our professional network, ready for take off into the European market!
MEMBERSHIP
Your take off
starts with accessing the web based e-system of Euroseasons. This e-system
is specifically developed to realize a standardized way of doing
international business between the different continents.
Suppliers, experts and customers meet each other via the e-system. Because
it is a complete order system, it is of great importance that you fill out
all detailed information about your business, give a description of your
product range/selling unities, attach the instruction manuals and
implement all CIF-prices warehouse Amsterdam-Haarlem, the Netherlands in
your login-area. This information (excluding the CIF-prices) will
automatically be generated into a marketing website as a promotional item
separately from the e-system.
This marketing website – with your own internet address – has a
standard layout and gives the end consumer the possibility to see your
complete product range, download all additional instruction manuals, fill
out feedback/complaints and check the available European sales addresses,
which are automatically added by Euroseasons via the e-system.
The direct marketing specialists are responsible for the development,
expansion and follow-up of the customer database. This database will be
linked to your business and product information. Euroseasons will
calculate the proper customer prices according to the obtained marketing
information. The customer will only be allowed to see these prices in his
login-area of the e-system.
To guarantee a successful entry in the European market Euroseasons has to
be able to deliver your products directly from stock. The responsible
warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands awaits your details about the time
and volume of the delivery. Available quantities are directly updated in
the e-system. Our expedition partner is responsible for all contacts
concerning the transport within Europe.
Cost, insurance and freight to the warehouse in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands, as well as the costs of stocking and quality checks are on
your account. Costs for the transport from the warehouse to the customer
are on the account of Euroseasons, as well as the necessary costs for
marketing and sales activities.
The web-based e-system allows full transparency
of the total supply chain anywhere anytime, including the track &
trace system. This
transparency can also be found in downloading your financial overview.
Payments to you will be effected within 30 days after receipt of the
customers’ payment to Euroseasons.
Following the standardized system, Euroseasons estimates a minimum target
(for the 12 countries together) of 720.000 euro per year for each member.
This is not
a guarantee, but a goal.
To maximize (y)our business efforts, the duration of the membership is
fixed. This agreement applies for a minimum of 5 years and includes a
trial period of 2 years, during which Euroseasons claims exclusivity for
Europe. Euroseasons takes 2 years in consideration to evaluate the
development of your market share in Europe. After evaluation and
continuation of the membership, the agreement will automatically be
extended after expiration of the total 5 years. This extension will always
apply for 1 year. Cancellation of the membership must be by written notice
to Euroseasons 1 year before the real ending of the agreement. Euroseasons’
competitor condition lasts for 10 years after ending the co-operation.
The start-up costs amount
1,500 euro. The fees of the
membership are 500 euro per month per country. The yearly membership amounts altogether a total of 72,000
euro for all 12 countries. This fee is based upon 1 range with a maximum
of 120 different products. If you bring a brand into the market, you are
also limited to a maximum of 120 different products within this brand. The
membership fees apply for each extra brand. The authorities of most
countries are willing to allow subsidies/state grants for export purposes.
This might decrease your costs considerably. In case of future expansion
of the European Union with countries using the euro as legal tender, you
will receive an annex to the existing membership application with an
option to add this country to your market.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
One of the results of the check of the rules and regulations could be that
a product can only enter the European countries under certain conditions.
You can think of a security test, the necessity of having a certification
for the European Community, registration of your brand name, etc.
Euroseasons can intermediate by using its network. Costs involved will
always be communicated beforehand. Assignments will never be carried out
without your agreement.
FUTURE GROWTH POSSIBILITIES
Once
settled and dealing with a growing European market, participation in
business events and marketing campaigns is useful. Euroseasons will inform
you about these possibilities, organization and the involved costs in due
time.
